The TOKK TLM140 series is part of TOKK's TLM linear motor product family. TOKK Robot (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is controlled by Lingchen Group. It provides continuous thrust ranging from 91N to 273N, while its peak thrust reaches 252N to 756N, perfectly meeting heavy-load motion requirements in precision equipment. Adopting optimized thermal structure design, the motor suppresses temperature rise down to 0.05°C per watt, minimizing thermal deformation and ensuring stable positioning accuracy during long-hour continuous operation. Its thrust fluctuation is kept under 2%, enabling ultra-smooth motion with low force ripple. As a direct-drive linear motor, it removes intermediate transmission parts like ball screws and belts. It has outstanding dynamic response, high repeat positioning accuracy and low maintenance cost.
